Business Development Manager / Music TutorRockwell Music Academy is delighted to announce a new opportunity in our growing company. Rockwell Music Academy provides music education to people of all ages in the heartlands of Tipperary. Creating music since 2017 we recently expanded to a new, modern facility in Cahir. Employing highly accoladed tutors, we endeavour to share our combined love for music, nurturing the talent of each of our students and sharing this with the wider community. With aspirations to continue our hive of activity we are recruiting a business development manager who is driven, innovative and passionate about music.
This role has two facets as business development manager and a music tutor. Considering this, your key tasks will include:
• Developing new business opportunities
• Working closely with management
• Develop ways to run at full capacity
• Identify ways in which to utilise our tutors varied skill sets
• Networking and forming partnerships with local authorities and grant providers
• Managing events
• Creating performance opportunities/platforms
• Communications with media
• Develop relationships with tutors
• Investigating exam boards and QQI assessment
• Focus on growth potential
• Market research – Analyse and document customer trends
• Adapt and develop our services
• Strong sales ability
Hours: Music Tuition: 10 teaching hours p/w over 30 week academic year (fixed)
Business Development: 10 hours p/w (flexible)
